Consultation packages
Package 1

- 1 x Initial consultation
- 3 x Coaching calls bi/weekly (30 mins each)
Tailored 3 month programme
£699
Includes:
- 1 x Initial consultation (90 mins)
- 2 x Support sessions (60 mins each)
- 6 x Virtual support sessions (20 mins each)
This will take place over 12 weeks with a 50% payment at the start of the programme, the rest to be paid at week 6. All follow-up sessions can either be face to face or over Skype. This is the most in-depth programme I offer, specifically designed to provide a more personal and customised plan, considering all of your individual needs.
Kitchen cleanse
£60 an hour
Includes:
- Cupboard detox
- Food replaced with healthy alternatives
- Shopping audit
Conducted on a case-by-case basis, either over Skype or in your home. I will detox your cupboards, replacing foods with healthier alternatives. I can also go through your weekly shop and suggest better choices for you and your family with your health concerns in mind. This usually takes around two hours.
